Htc Desired is powered with Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 Processor with 512 Mb RAM which is good at this budget. But low RAM may Hang up your phone sometimes. It comes with 4.5 inches Display which is very clear & durable which can fit in your Pocket.
It has Rear Camera of 5MP with autofocus & face detection which is not up to the mark. Also, front camera of 0.3MP which is known as VGA camera.
Internal Memory is 4 GB which can be expandable upto 32 GB. It supports Dual SIM. It is powered with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Operating System. It has battery of 2000 mAh which has poor life.
Overall, It is a nice low budget phone for video calling but not a best budget phone. You can check out various other option like Nokia XL , Nokia 525, Nokia 630, Moto E, Nokia X. I would Recommend to buy Moto E.
